back.puresignature.fr is an informative and e-commerce website. In particular, it enables users to find out about PURE SIGNATURE products and the latest news from PURE SIGNATURE via the Blog page, to buy PURE SIGNATURE products online, to post comments on the PURE SIGNATURE blog, to leave product reviews and to read those posted by other users.

Any new features added to the website will be subject to these Terms and Conditions of Use.

3. USE OF THE WEBSITE

1. Creating a customer account

To make purchases on our website, you must create a customer account and be aged 18 or over.

To create this account, you must go to the ‘Register’ tab and complete the requested information.

2. Amending or deleting your customer account

You can amend the information in your customer account at any time by logging into your account.

You may also delete your customer account. However, information relating to your identification, current orders and invoices will remain in PURE SIGNATURE’s records for the period required to fulfil the contract or as required by law.

3. Prohibition on misuse of the website

You must use the website without seeking to cause harm to it and without exceeding the functionality provided. In particular, you undertake to:

5. ASSIGNMENT OF RIGHTS AND USE BY PURE SIGNATURE

As the author, you assign to PURE SIGNATURE, the rights of reproduction, performance, use, exploitation, adaptation and distribution relating to your reviews, comments and any other content posted online, free of charge, worldwide and for the duration of the copyright attached thereto. You expressly warrant that PURE SIGNATURE may use this content free from interference and indemnify PURE SIGNATURE against any action, claim or demand from third parties in this regard.

Your reviews, comments or any other content may therefore be used by PURE SIGNATURE for promotional purposes and to improve its services, on the website or on other platforms such as social media, newsletters, special offers, apps or any other medium used or controlled by PURE SIGNATURE.
