PURE SIGNATURE: A NEW BRAND OF 100% NATURAL PERFUMES

Having shared a highly personal vision of perfumery and its relationship with the plant world in his novel *Tant que dansent les abeilles* (As Long as the Bees Dance), Frédéric Badie, currently Head of R&D and natural ingredients perfumer at Payan Bertrand, continues his quest to share his vision. He is bringing his signature creations to life through an independent brand of 100% natural fragrances that showcases the ingredients he has been developing for over twenty years for Payan Bertrand. Immersion, do-it-yourself, a special connection with pure raw materials, responsible development, active consumers and the Grasse region are the pillars of this
new brand which, supported by Eric and Vincent Proal, places Payan Bertrand’s signature ingredients and expertise at the heart of the concept. Pure Signature connects niche perfumers to its world via its website, but also reaches private individuals through a range comprising around fifty Payan Bertrand signature ingredients, categorised by olfactory family, as well as three natural reconstructions emblematic of perfumery: a rose, a jasmine and a neroli; yet the concept itself is the tool. To guide all these enthusiasts and foster a connection with the ingredients, the brand will provide access to model formulas
comprising a maximum of 12 ingredients for creating their own perfume or massage oil. The ‘drop’ will serve as the benchmark, enabling individuals to formulate their own blends and obtain online labelling via the brand’s website upon completion of each formulation. Support is being fine-tuned to ensure that the exploration of ingredients is an immersive experience and that the creation of the fragrance is as successful as possible.
