Frédéric Badie, a developer at Payan Bertrand, has just created Pure Signature, a new brand offering a kit of 100% Grasse-sourced ingredients to create your own fragrance. Addictive.
TWELVE INGREDIENTS ACCORDING TO HER MOOD
In these black and green boxes, called “My signature”, 12 small bottles contain extracts to evolve the balanced formula towards more musky, more woody, more spicy or more vanilla formulas, etc.
“Thanks to these natural blends, flagship products distilled or sourced from Payan Bertrand, you can create a perfume according to your tastes. Eight formulas are printed directly on the lid of the box. Dosage and preparation are simple: just follow the recipe and pour 100 drops of the desired blend into a 100ml bottle,” explains Frédéric Badie, who developed the formulas himself: about thirty are available on the Pure Signature website.
With these playful and creative kits that can be replenished when one of the bottles is empty, Pure Signature targets two audiences: the individual, who will be able to discover the mystery of natural fragrances, “connecting directly to the scents of plants. Anchoring themselves in the terroir of the Grasse region.” And the niche perfumer , who “will be able to explore the range of 60 100% natural ingredients and Payan Bertrand,” explains Frédéric Badie.
OPEN HOUSE ON APRIL 30TH
“I advocate this immersion in pure natural extract. I want it to allow people to identify with the fields and discover the very Grasse know-how. To also enter into the symbolism of Grasse: the flower without artifice,” says Frédéric Badie, to explain the philosophy of his very recent brand, whose range of 80 products (perfumes, ambiances, absolutes from the Grasse region, massage oils) will be officially launched on April 29.
The following day, Saturday, April 30, Frédéric Badie will organize an open day for the general public at 11, avenue Saint-Exupéry in Grasse.
