Refunds and Returns Policy

Overview
Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Certain types of goods are exempt from return. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Books showing obvious signs of use
- CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes or vinyl records that have been opened.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has parts missing for reasons not attributable to us.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of your returned item. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or declined.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refundsIf you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially credited to your account.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing delay before a refund is credited.

Sale itemsOnly full-price items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at {email address} and post your item to: {physical address}.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item has been received, a gift voucher will be sent to you by post.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift-giver had the order sent to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift-giver and they will be informed of your return.
Returning items
To return your product, please post it to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying your own postage costs for returning your item. Postage costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return postage will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your replacement product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may wish to use a trackable delivery service or take out delivery insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
